Carroll did at least attempt a few mazy runs and is clearly not match fit, i'm a good way of judging him yet... what is it his 5th game or so?? Another thing to note was that we were up against a good Spurs team who had the luxury of a goal start and could sit back and defend, which they did very very well.

It was a poor performance but not awful, we did at least try. From the histrionics and whinging of our players i got the feeling that we didnt think the ref would give us anything even before we went on the pitch, and as it turns out we were right, but if you go in thinking that the ref is already against you then youve already made an excuse for yourself to shrug your shoulders and just accept the defeat.

We will improve and we will be challenging next year im sure.

So Howard Webb - I thought people were making it up yesterday about how poor he is, until I saw the game. Can anyone list games were he made other bad decisions... how does he get away with it. Here's the list:

Just when we think we are on the up and dominating - we end up getting fucked over at home. This is the problem with LFC for the last 20 years - we expect them to win against any oponent but its never consistent is it really ? - we always screw it up - would it not be nice to go an unbeaten 7-10 matches just for once ?
