Because there's no explanation behind it, no logic, no reasoning. You're only saying it to buck the trend, to stand out, and that makes it attention seeking. And I'm only saying that because I know you're smart enough to recognise we won't be bringing the Premiership to Liverpool this season.

The way Liverpool could win the Trophy. Is Liverpool's Number 9. He's been injured so often and moany early on and he has 11 league goals. He alone with a sprinkling of class from Gerrard, Aqua, Johnson, Kuyt, Yossi, Riera and N'gog could get us 3rd. And I'd feel like we won the premiership if it knocks Utd out of the Champions League. That is where my belief mostly from Torres comes from.
Yeah we can't win it. But there's tons to play for. A lot of that being the building of a quality team

We can win it, as can a shitload of other teams.
After todays performance, it's unlikely we will win it, but no team has stood out this season, even Utd and Chelsea have struggled against unexpected teams.
It seems silly to write us off so early, and to not be arsed, when we have as much of a chance as most.
