If Suarez's crime what he admitted - pinching Evra while calling him a black (and let's face it, he wasn't saying it in any sort of endearing way at all, he was sneering at him) and then admitting it - he should still be fined by the club and suspended for making everyone look a cunt. He's a fucking dope. He makes me want my fucking money back, the stupid fucking tit.

He didn't admit that at all. What are you talking about?

Mr Suarez said that he pinched Mr Evra's skin in an attempt to defuse the situation. He also said that his use of the word 'negro' to address Mr Evra was conciliatory and friendly
I mean - that is so retarded. He should have some bits of him amputated to teach him a thing or two. And you're all defending him.
Imagine telling a court you'd pinched someone to calm them down, never mind going on about their colour. It's just fucking daft.

What he actually said, was that he touched his forearm in a pinching motion, to get the point across that he was not untouchable. Evra didn't feel anything at the time. If he pinched his skin with the tips of his fingers/finger nails as you think, then that would hurt and you'd feel it. It was a "pinching motion". That could be done with all four fingers and the thumb. The FA disingenuously make it sound as though he pinched him. Hopefully the footage gets leaked soon.
And that is to diffuse the situation. Evra was aggressive and pissed off about the foul. If you then touch him and go look you're not untouchable.......that is a way to diffuse it with sarcasm. The say he shrugged his shoulders at that time also shows Suarez was quite calm and not going nuts. The FA have invented that he was animated/heated. Bullshit. Suarez was being a sarcastic cunt at most.
He didn't admit making any reference to his colour in the penalty area. That quote is misleading. They refer to two different incidents, not things done at the same time. When you pat someone on the head, that can be friendly or can be sarcastic. Just go look at the footage, Suarez was not sneering, he had that stupid sarcastic smile on his face. The only time he sneered was at the end when Evra pushed his arm off aggressively. Noone remember what they said to each other after that incident.
