What exactly is a sociopath? It always sounded to me like a sort of nice, outgoing psychopath.
Manipulative and Conning
They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Pathological Lying
Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy
Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.

Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

Aye that's right. Also (this is gonna sound like BS, but it's what was updated) there was talk of having to move house, this seemingly having something to do with the visit to the Doc.

Have we violated some sort of Facebook Hippocratic oath Bradders?
The oath goes out the window when a wrong has been done.

That sounds exactly like the Paddy that has been unveiled/ constructed in the course of this thread. It is him to a tee.

Come to think of it, I'm fairly sure he posted something on FB about capturing and torturing small animals when he was a lad. He described it as 'interesting' which struck me as odd.

I did have a great night Sunny, so did the missus.

Regards the point Neets made earlier, about the forum being too trusting, that's not true. If we werent this trusting we'd never have met up in the first place & I'd be short about 10 really good mates, & that's not including people I've met through them.
I would trust most people on this forum until they gave me reason not to. Which is precisely why I think Paddy is a cunt. He's completely abused the trust that Dave put in him.

That's the way I think Del. The trusting people until otherwise knowing bit

One other thing from my detective work on Paddy's facebook, I wish I could have harnessed the power of the internet when I was a student to meet many young ladies and roll around in the hay with them.

Yes, my research has led to a similar conclusion. But at least we can still crack one off to pictures of the conquests of others.

Theoretically like.

Lads and girls - I'm going to lock the thread now. It's getting a little out of hand and the facebook stalking is a bit weird. Paddy knows what he's done and he knows the simple things he needs to do to put it right. Let's not slaughter the lad before he has a chance to put things right. I'd like to believe he's a better person than he's made himself look over the last few days but everyone deserves a chance.

Didn't invite me , you raasclaat !
Don't feel bad - he didn't even invite me ... what was his excuse? "You live in Israel mate, you're not coming"

That's because I'm a very nice man who doesn't hold grudges unless someone really wrongs me Anita. Let me tell you a story. I had my 40th party last week. Loads said they were coming, some said they couldn't - fair enough. But about 30-40 people who said they were coming decided to let me down on the day. Some at least had the balls to text me on the night and some never bothered their arses. The downside of course was I'd catered for those 40 people at £6 a head so they'd all have something nice to eat.

I know loads from here who I invited who couldn't make it who let me know in good time and a few let me down on the night. In fact only Sheik, Jay (who are my good mates anyway) and Jon and his lovely missus turned up.Fair does to Jon - he turned up knowing very few people but ended up have a top night (I hope). Top lad. End of the day, despite being about £200 out of pocket that I didn't need to be - nobody died so I'm not going to castigate those people. Life's simply too short and I'd rather go through it with a smile on my face than being bitter and miserable.
I know this thread is locked but i just wanted to point out given the names you listed there that i was touched by your invite (and even more by yours and Jons offer to help me finance the trip) but i couldnt get the time off and was gutted to not be able to come.
And i didnt leave it till last minute to say so, and would never do that.
And i really wanna come up soon and break bread with you lads again. Miss yous.

I phoned everyone up and told them you'd cancelled. More ribs for me yum yum.

And it would be great too see you too mate. And Liam did eat loads of ribs, the big fucking noo noo. Like I say mate, it's not a big thing that people didn't come but would have been less cost if I'd have known earlier from some - not just lads on here but loads of other people I know too. I still love them all.

This has been open by the mods for a quick update.

Still no feedback from the one we called Paddy. I gave him a text the other day to give him a last chance to explain for his absenteeism and cough up the cash.
Unfortunately there was no reply. Surprise, Surprise.

During that time the mods arranged a whip round (from those who were currently online etc) and Ross pushed through the money to me via paypal. Now, I had told Sunny previously I didn't want to accept but you can't say no to kind folk like that. Ross made it an instant payment (the sneak 😉) leaving me no time to ponder over acceptance. I didn't give out my paypal address either so I can only presume Ross had it from the sale of the Arsenal ticket at the start of the season. Clever mods.

Thanks to all who contributed. I'm aware Ross sent ye on my PM. I was taken aback by the efforts of all and it speaks volume about the community we have built here. YNWA is an apt ethos for all this.

Now, Paddy still owes that money. If you are reading, be a man and step up. Don't let your fellow members be out of pocket for you indiscretions. Forward on the money, you have the paypal address and the money will be given to the HJC.
Do the right thing Paddy. Now is the time.

I hope Paddy's childish actions haven't made others here sceptic about passing on tickets. Mark Mc, Sunny, Krump, etc all seem to have good access to tickets and it would be a shame if Paddy's actions cost genuine folk a chance at getting to a game.

Good work from Ross and the mods.

Paddy's on facebook with his status updates 24:7.

Non stop madness about how drunk/hungover/tired/etc he is in his madcap life. With umpteen pics of 'moody' Paddy alongside girls he's almost certainly not banging What a vicarious life he certainly leads.

The absolute ficking gimp.

Well done Mods - sterling work; imagine its a thankless task most of the time, so credit where its due.

The good name of SCM endures! ...seemingly, so does the shitty reputation of Paddy.

It's not going to stop me trying to get tickets for the posters on here when asked mate. People who are new or I don't know that well may have to pay(pal) up beforehand though

Sort of. He is still on FB and has blocked some things from view but he's still there nonetheless. I don't understand why he doesn't just block us all.

Yep. Good stuff.

On a side note, The 6CM season ticket has been a success also. Great job done by those involved. Thanks to Sean and the ticket holder (you know who you are).
