The not so Official January Transfer Rumour Thread

You'd be mad not to take Friedel. Possibly Walcott.

Around Europe there's Vasilis Torosidis, Moussa Sissoko, Lewis Holtby, Nenê, Keisuke Honda and Fernando Llorente, all of whom i've no doubt would improve our team.

Is Malouda shit now? He looked the stand out player on that list, although I wouldn't recommend him for us. I wouldn't be for any signing who was aged over 25/26. What's the point?

Sissoko, Holtby and Llorente would be excellent business.

Might be interested in picking up that Michael Owen character from Stoke on the cheap in January with his contract expiring.

33 year old Striker. He's got some good shit on Youtube.

@tancredipalmeri: Here the big market news:Sneijder agreed deal with Tottenham, and ready to move London asap.Waiting for Inter and Spurs to agree terms.

Woah. Honda? Sign. Sign. Sign.

Sneijder earns 3 times the Spurs wage cap.
Cant see it tbh.

Excellent deal if they pull it off, but I have my doubts.

Why would he go there? A couple of years ago they were on the up; now they're a long shot for Europe. I don't see the attraction unless he's got some incomprehensible faith in AVB.

Maybe he fancies living in London. As for his wages he's not going to earn that unless he moves to Anzi or some equally pointless club so perhaps he understands that a wage cut is in order.

Well considering he didn't go to the mancs because of his wage demands, i can't see spurs matching it either unless inter are giving him a huge pay off to subsidise for the drop in wages.

Ten times the player Şahin is, stonking move for spurs if true, hope it's bollocks.

Thats the worst comparison ever though, they play in very different positions.
One is DM, the other plays behind the striker.

who's di santo ? the wigan lad ? isn't he a steaming pile of shite ? guess it's nailed on then .

That has alerted Rodgers who knows Di Santo from their days together as young player and coach at Chelsea.
Rodgers remains an admirer and if it is a deal he can get done for free next summer to bolster his squad then it will appeal.

dear lord it is ! . this is bound to end well .
