I've seen alot of him this season, and always thought he looked very similar to Agger in playing style. Good technique, very good header of the ball(both defensively and on offensive corners), and a great passer. Also like our boy Agger he always gives 110% in every game. Unsure about his pace.

Was by far the best defender in the Norwegian Premier League last season...but is he good enough? No idea...
 
He won the player of the year award and the defender of the year awards over here.
Just had his breakthrough in the national side and have done very well.

Aggressive, ball playing cb that is very good in the air and a great tackler. Decent pace and is quite similar to Agger but much more dominant in the air.
Not the biggest but great timing and unafraid to put his body on the line.

Some excellent performances in the Europa League and for Norway has alerted half of Europe to his talents. Moyes and Everton have been tracking him all year. Moyes has been in Molde and most of his coaching staff aswell.

Good player with great potential. Didnt think we'd be interested nor that we would bid.
Could be a good signing if he adapts to the league.

I don't get this attitude. How's it the owners fault that we spent £25m on Borini and Allen? We've spent money fairly consistently under them and there's not many who've spent more, the fact we've spent it pretty disastrously isn't their fault.

What? You mean like the £30m we spunked on Andy Carroll, or the £20m on Downing, or the £30m on Allen and Henderson? £80m, right there on absolute dross.

People need to seriously stop rewriting history to suit their agendas, the owners might not have a clue, but anyone throwing the thing at them about us not spending enough is being unreasonable and unrealistic. Like I said, some fans will never be happy unless we get taken over by an oil tycoon.

We've spent more than enough to get us back amongst the elite, the issue isn't the spending, it's the dross it's been pissed away on.

I rather take a relatively low risk punt on this kind of signing, in the hope they turn into a Tiote, Cabaye, Dembele, Hangeland type signing than spunk 20, 35, plus million on some cunt who has had a single good season in the Prem and us then paying 3 or 4 X what they cost the season before to get them.

For every Picknik there is a Rise and Hyppia.

He sure doesn't. Imagine if someone had asked me prior to us buying Agger.

One of the good guys so to speak, and no matter how many times you omit Agger from your top 3 (no more than a 100 though) that will not change, ever.
