And THE WORST RUMOR EVER award goes too:

Man United are currently negotiating personal terms with Christian Eriksen according to Dutch media Sport1. A deal in the region of £18M are reported to be agreed.

If this is the truth and he ends up at United then I am not going to forgive our scouting network/owners/manager or whomever responsible too why he's not coming to Anfield for some time.

After watching him in the euros I wouldn't be sad to see Utd splash the cash on him.
Trust me you would be eventually mate.

This is a potential top 3 in the world player and we should do everything within our powers to get him. In my opinion.

I think we we're linked to him since Rafa went to Inter.

Has he progressed as a player?

Havent watched to much of him but he apperantly impressed when on loan at Epanyol. 5 goals in 16 games from January. Inter didnt want to sell him, but hopefully thats changed.

Liverpool target Lewis Holtby admits he wants to play in the Premier League.

The 21-year-old Schalke midfielder has an English father, Chris, and has regularly been linked with a move to the Premier League.

Liverpool are reported to have tracked the youngster, who has won two caps for his country, although no bid has yet been made.

And Holtby says he does not know what his next move will be, although he insists he will definitely play in the Premier League one day.

"I am very happy in Schalke. But I would be lying if I said I will definitely extend may contract," he told Bild.

"My dream was always the Premier League - and someday I will make this step."

is holtby any good ? i asked my german mates and they weren't too impressed by him , at least didn't think he'd add much to us .

Hughes makes late bid to sign old friend Bellamy from under the nose of Cardiff

QPR have launched a last-minute bid to hijack Craig Bellamy’s switch to Cardiff City.

The Liverpool forward had been expected to complete a return to his hometown club by the end of the month, but his head has been turned by an offer from Loftus Road.

Manager Brendan Rodgers hinted at the switch to Wales when he revealed only a ‘really special and unique opportunity’ would get Bellamy out of the club he rejoined only last year.

SOURCE: Daily Mail

Having already seen Dirk Kuyt and Maxi Rodriguez leave the club it appears that Brendan Rodgers is ready to allow another veteran to make a Liverpool exit and QPR may well beat Cardiff City to the punch in the race for Welsh international Craig Bellamy.

The 32 year old enjoyed a fairly successful return to Merseyside last term, scoring nine goals in all competitions during a season that he spent much of coming from the bench in effective cameo roles. There is no doubting that the adaptable attacker has a season or two of top level football in him and Bellamy certainly still has the hunger and desire that has been present throughout his eventful career.

QPR have already brought in a few top notch signings with Mark Hughes bringing in Park-Ji Sung, Robert Green and Andy Johnson as well as securing Samba Diakate on a permanent deal.

Clearly Hughes knows Bellamy well from their shared time at Man City and with the Welsh national team.

Juventus are reportedly a step away from agreeing a deal with Udinese for Colombian winger Pablo Armero’s transfer.

The versatile Zebrette player, who is also a target for Napoli, is set to become Juve’s third signing of the summer from the Udine outfit, after Mauricio Isla and Kwadwo Asamoah.

The Corriere dello Sport report that Juve’s first move for Armero came during negotiations for Isla and Asamoah.

This morning, as sporting director Fabio Paratici is believed to have already spoken with the 25-year-old Armero’s agent, director general Beppe Marotta is understood to be close to agreeing an initial €1.5m fee with Udinese to take him on a 12-month loan, with a further €8-9m due should the Bianconeri want to make the move permanent.

Juve have previously signed Marco Motta and Simone Pepe from Udinese in deals like this.

Juve signing up all of Udinese's better players?

Internacional president Giovanni Luigi has confirmed the club have received an "enquiry" for Chelsea-target Oscar.

The Blues are thought to be winning the race to land Oscar, 20, amid competition from London rivals Tottenham.

Luigi revealed a £15.7million bid has come in, telling Radio Gaucha: "We received an email today, but it's a long way off being done.

"The proposal wasn't as good as expected. We think Oscar is worth more than 20million (Euros).

"It wasn't an offer; it was more like an enquiry. We are only saying that the numbers have to change."

Oscar, capped six times for Brazil, is regarded as one of the country's brightest attacking talents
