New Liverpool boss Brendan Rogers is preparing a £10 million bid for Wigan’s Victor Moses as his Anfield revolution gets underway.
Wigan Athletic forward, Victor Moses says Nigerians should expect a better outing from him in the Super Eagles' subsequent matches.
The striker who played a major role in the Super Eagles' slim win over Namibia in a 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier last weekend, said this while speaking with DailyTrust in Abuja.
He said his mind was focused on helping to qualify the country for both the World Cup and Africa Nations Cup.
"There are still a lot to come from Victor Moses."
Moses who said he wasn't in his best form on Sunday noted that "My focus is on Malawi game."
While noting that the addition of home-based players in the team was a good idea he warned that the team will take time to blend.
The pacy winger talked down Malawi's goaless draw against Kenya, pointing out that "We are talking about ourselves. We are Super Eagles and we will work to get a victory there."
Moses agreed that there were speculations making the rounds about his potential move away from his English club, Wigan Athletics but said he wasn't aware of any offer yet.
"A lot of people have been talking about this speculation but as it is now, I'm still a Wigan player."
"I don't know...until I get a call from my agent. But I'm here concentrating on the Super Eagles for now."
When asked if he would move to Liverpool as speculated, Moses said "let's see what happens."
"If calls comes-in and Wigan accepts it, good but if not, I will be at Wigan. I still have a year left on my contract."
