That's a veritable bargain for De Jong. Milan strike again.
Great pick up ... They'll struggle to score goals, but the team isn't that bad ... I can see them getting into the top 4. Serie A belongs to Juve - those cheating cunts.
That's a veritable bargain for De Jong. Milan strike again.
Berbatov to Fulham ?
Julio Cesar to QPR. If they go down they'll whiped of the map of the earth with their wage structure.
It's not just his value that's inflated. It's the perfect time for United to sell imo, Kagawa and RVP are the future for United and Rooney's value is severely inflated. He's never in a million years a £40million player.
Jordan Rhodes is set to complete a move from Huddersfield to Blackburn that will beat the record transfer fee received by Town.
Huddersfield accepted Rovers' fourth bid of the transfer window on Wednesday afternoon, allowing Rhodes to discuss personal terms with the Lancashire club.
Although the fee has not yet been disclosed, the club said it is significantly higher than their current record sale, the £2.75m paid by Ipswich for Marcus Stewart in 2000. Reports suggest the total package could be worth as much as £8m.
Rhodes joined Huddersfield from Ipswich in July 2009 and now has a reputation as one of the most prolific strikers in the Football League, scoring 87 goals in 148 appearances for the Terriers.
After eight goals in as many games for the Scotland Under-21 squad, he has now earned his first two caps for Scotland's senior squad.
Town will hold a press conference at 1pm to announce the departure.
Swansea City have agreed a fee with Valencia for winger Pablo Hernandez after accepting Manchester City’s bid for Scott Sinclair.
The Swans have equalled the club record £5.5m paid for Celtic midfielder Ki Sung Yueng on Friday to land Spain international Hernandez and he is now due to fly to South Wales for talks.
Hernandez has been a target for Swans boss Michael Laudrup all summer and chairman Huw Jenkins has now met Valencia’s asking price for the 27-year-old.
Swansea were keen not to risk missing out on the winger by letting the saga run to the final day of the transfer window tomorrow.
The La Liga side were reluctant to let Hernandez leave because boss Maurico Pellegrino wanted to keep the four-cap international at the Mestalla as back up.
But Valencia president Manuel Llorente has agreed to sell the winger after he stated his desire to join up with Swans boss Michael Laudrup, who he worked with at Getafe.
Hernandez’s arrival will offset the departure of winger Scott Sinclair, who is on the verge of a move to Premier League champions Manchester City.
City have offered Swansea £6.2m rising to as much as £8m with performance-related add-ons for Sinclair, who refused to sign a new contract at the Liberty Stadium this summer.
The deal looked to have stalled earlier this week when Jenkins hit out at City for failing to reach Swansea’s asking price for the former Chelsea starlet.
There were suggestions Sinclair could end up staying at Swansea but he is expected to tie up his move to the Etihad later today.[/QUOTE]
Reports in the north-east say that Sunderland are eyeing Danny Rose as a loan replacement for Fulham-bound Kieran Richardson.
Swansea and Manchester City have apparently agreed a fee for Scott Sinclair and he is due for a medical later today.
Tottenham Hotspur have opened negotiations with Ibrahim Afellay over a year-long loan move from Barcelona, according to Metro. These are exciting times indeed at Spurs.
Sky Sports understands Swansea have reached an agreement with Valencia to sign Spanish winger Pablo Hernandez in a 7million euro (£5.5m) deal.
According to Sky Sports, Juventus are comforting themselves after Dimi Berbatov slipped through their fingers by going after Nicklas Bendtner.

i think arsenal should be in with a shout as well..?Fulham and West Ham I'm guessing.
I'd be surprised, I think Rodgers is more aware than most that he's not got "enough in his locker" to hurt top defences.I have a weird feeling we're going to swoop in and take Sinclair.
