well everyone who read it knew what I meant so I really couldn't give a fuck.
It's part of the partnership. You can't honestly think its all him. If we had seen Coates and Skrtel we may not even have missed Agger. The only reason we've looked so bad without him is because the gulf in class between Carra and Agger. And then Skrtel being pushed to the left side.
I don't give two fucks about your grammar, or the lack of capitalization.
skrtel has been just as good as agger this season, what I was saying is we look worse when the combination of the two don't play. I meant no respect to skrtel as I think he has matured into a quality defender but imho he doesn't look as assured when agger doesn't play and I think that is partly due to playing on the left to accomadate carra.
I wasn't having a dig at skrtel, he will certainly be getting my vote as player of the season come voting time.
We have no clue whether it is Agger though. It could just be Carragher because Kenny hasn't given us the opportunity to see it without him. It could also be have some suggested that we have missed GJ. The post I quoted below is really where I have the problem. You putting it all down to Agger. And that just baffles the mind. Especially because it is a partnership. Also you can't hang the drop in form all on Agger being out. Or you might as well just blame everything bad this season on the fact that Lucas got injured, or even Meireles getting sold. Give Kenny 10 more years because the only reason we look "shambolic" is because Agger is out of the team.

Mainly because Neil has made some good points but his incoherent use of the language nullifies it to a point where posters just, well, points...
he's matured into a defender who doesn't dive in and stays on his feet longer. if people want to say he was playing at that level the entire time he has been at anfield then I'll leave them to it.
it's a little like lucas, the three games up to and including the chelsea game when he got injured, he was playing at a level he wasn't playing at since joining the club. lucas was on course to eclisping all his previous seasons but some people carry on like that was lucas' level the entire time he has been here. well, it wasn't.
We should have a squad strong enough to handle injuries to both Agger and Lucas and Suarez and Gerrard and Johnson. Maybe not all together but at least individually. I used to be able to say that our strongest XI can compete with any team in the league, I can't any more.
it's not all down to agger but we DO look better when he is in the team.
our strongest team can certain compete with the teams that are chasing CL places, at least that should have been the case this season. what happens beyond this season is anyones guess. is arsenal finally going to splash the cash? will chelsea finally spend big again? will spurs? we had a glorious chance of making the CL league this season, it wont be as easy again next season.
This is true.
as a team we've been pretty shocking but it has to be said, up until recently I had very few complaints about the defense. everything I expect or want the defense to do they were doing. I'm not going to blame it all on carra but since he was reintroduced to the side it's all gone a bit wrong. even skrtel is starting to look twitchy again.
