made me cry.

The way we are defending at the moment that Arsenal team will rip us apart. So how bad is it that Chelsea can go there and dismantle them with such ease.

Chelsea are looking fantastic this season all things considered and Drogba for all his diving antics is back to untouchable best.

Depressing.

Is there any chance we can go there and get a result at the moment?

We've already played Chelsea at Stamford Bridge

We lost 2-0

Ha.

Ok so how about when we play Arsenal away?

Fucking hell mate. What's the point of worrying about Arsenal and Chelsea? We know they're good teams.
Are you just searching for something to be miserable about? We won so you need to look elsewhere?

Arsenal were shite in that match, it was boys vs men.

I think we'll beat them at Anfield.

that isn't how football works. chelsea had to play that well because they were trying to beat arsenal. when we play them they don't need to be as good to beat us, so they won't be. otherwise the score will be 15-0 which it never is. the game will find a natural balance somwhere between our level and chelsea's level. so our chances will be the same as always.

im glad you cried.

Count yourself lucky it's nighttime where you are Themn.

I get Dreamy's optimistic cheer FIRST THING IN THE BASTARD MORNING.

Remember he said he wouldn't post for two weeks if we lost ?

What was the point of that if another match that WE WEREN'T PLAYING IN reduced him to tears ?

Dreamy - I fucking skip to work in the mornings. Skip! Not easy given that I'm at the same time - making daisy chains, humming the words to 'Beatuiful Day', helping old ladies cross the street, and endowing passers-by with cheer, bonhomie, and fucking rose petals.

You keep that in mind next time you're thinking of posting another one of your 9am Specials.

Drogba was unplayable yesterday, top drawer. Hopefully that will satisfy his needs for now, and he will go back to diving and rolling round for the rest of the season.

Arsenal might have more luck with RVP (Eduardo was fucking pants), but I don't really expect them to beat Chelsea or Utd unless they're really on the top of their game. They got humiliated at the end of last season and this time round, even if they did dominate possession at times, they got shown up once more.

Wenger will continue to see his side struggle until he addresses the issues everyone has been banging on about for three or so seasons now.

I think they just met a Chelsea side on top of their game right now. Arsenal are capable of beating anyone on their day, but yeah they're probably still a year and player or two away from really challenging for the title.

Ha ha. The thought of you with Daisy chains will stay with me for a while.

For the record I said we would win and that Kuyt would put in a good performance so the result was exactly as I thought it would be even if the performance of the team as a whole was lacking.

Blackburn now is a massive tie. Win this game and we will be starting a run of wins and confidence will return. Anything bar a win and we are back to square one.

It's a massive massive game for our chances of a top 4 finish.

If results go our way, we could be 3rd by the end of the weekend Dreamy.

But anyway, it's 5 days away, and the Arsenal game is even further away than that, why not be cheerful?

Guess I'm just not happy being back to the "if results go our way" thinking instead of the "we are top lets stay there" way of thinking which was last season.

But yes beating Everton is always time for celebration even more so on their turf.

ha ha ha

I'd rather gamble on a Rafa side getting a point or three out of a match against one of the usual top 3 than getting a result again Spurs etc.

Chelsea are looking pretty unbeatable at present but the Gooners are a completely different matter.

i might add that that there unbeatable Chelsea team beat us 2-0 in a pretty even match when we were at rock bottom in terms of form and injuries....

we'll do them bunch of cunts.

Chelsea were physically just too strong for Arsenal.

It was funny watching Fabrgas trying to outmuscle Essien.
