I've been working from home for the past couple months, so have been picking up on more than a few phone calls.
Since when did they start ringing you with recorded messages? That's the ultimate insult - now they can't even bothered to get someone to ring you personally. I always dial through to the call centre and waste their time.
How do you normally respond?
I was just exceptionally rude to the last guy and feel a bit bad now.
