I would imagine this is far better for his development, playing with more technical players in a similar formation to Liverpool's rather than playing with shite, and playing against shite in the Championship.

Some of you negative feckers need to see this objectively. He's the most talented of the youth players to come out of our academy in maybe 15 years.
This does not spell the end for him.

Totally agree. My first preference would have been a premiership team, but I don't see how this is the end for him here at all. He's extremely talented, and now he's gonna get the chance to develop playing regular football. Will be interesting to send what position they play him in.
