Doesnt feel good when you're not even confident we'll get a result against this lot at home.
Need a win though. Any type of win.

Ming
Clyne Caulker Lovren Smith
Can Henderson Allen
Firmino Coutinho
Origi

Not sure if Coutinho and Origi are ready yet but that team would win. I hope.

I'd like to see Stewart get a chance in midfield. We need some energy and enthusiasm in there and I've lost faith in nearly all our midfielders. I'd drop Clyne for Flanagan as well.

Clyne is the only player I'm happy with in defence.
Flanno will play on Tuesday.

Would not play Henderson. He clearly isn't even close to being match fit.

If Klopp doesnt reward a few fringe players after that debacle last night, he needs a rocket up his arse. Fuck off Moreno, get Allen back in and preferably put Sakho out of his misery.

Klopp looked so frustrated with them last night that you've got to think he'll make major changes for Sunderland. If he picks the same old shite (especially in midfield) then he's only got himself to blame. I've never been Joe Allen's biggest fan but he's playing well better than any of the clowns he picked last night but can't get a start in a league game.

How Allen isn't getting a game I'll never know. He's never been Xavi, but he's full of energy, industry and he's not thick on the ball at all.

We have zero goal threat against teams who we absolutely know are gonna park the bus so ffs play Beneteke and cross the ball to him.
It at least gives their defence something to worry about and will unsettle them. We're just to easy to play against.

Yes. Although I don't want us to lose matches, I hope he stays incredibly frustrated until the end of the season, so he won't even hesitate to bomb loads of players out of the club. This bunch have grown used to flattering to deceive every odd game, just often enough to take a bit of pressure off them. The whole club hierarchy needs to be well and truly sick of them by the summer.

After getting easily beaten by Leicester, with yet another poor team selection, I'm hoping Klopp reads this thread and goes for my team selection. He's now lost half of all the games he's managed, and that isn't good enough.

Lucas, Can, Lallana and the appalling Sakho have all been poor recently, and Henderson doesn't look close to being fit.

Ive liked the look of him too. Quite surprised he isnt getting any love. He looks steady and hungry

Stewart got a whole lotta love. He topped a good MOTM polls on here and there was a super cut of all his sexy touches in the FA cup.

I haven't seen too much of him but maybe he could do a similar job for us to what Coquelin does for Arsenal. Putting tackles in and upsetting people but a bit more mobile than Lucas, he outplayed Song against west ham.

Didn't you get the memo?

He's the Welsh Pirlo now.

His beard has magical football powers.

I was talking about the Premiership. He's actually lost more games than he's won, so it's slightly worse than I thought.

15 played. Lost 6. won 5. Drew 4.

Not very good really.

However not exactly unexpected either with a change of manager and an injury list that included most of our first team at one stage.

I get that, I'm just a bit disappointed is all. 19 points out of a possible 45 is not good, I don't care how you dress it up.

I don't like to see Benteke in there but maybe Sunderland is just the team for him at the moment and because we should be dominating the game. I'd go for the rest of the team though because it ditches those players that had abortions of a performance vs. Leicester (Moreno, Can & Henderson, who doesn't look anywhere near fit). I'm not sure about dropping Sakho - he's coming back from injury and supposedly this is how it goes with him. At his best he's easily in the team. Caulker deserves to start no doubt and I'd love to see Brannagan and Ojo start.

I don't rate Sakho and I never have. As for Benteke, his Carling Cup performances have not been great, or indeed any persuasive basis for him to start, but we haven't scored a goal in 5 hours of football and we're frankly desperate
