I've been avoiding all information about this guy because I assumed we wouldn't get him as everyone wants to sign him. I have underestimated the draw of the Klopp.

Cologne stopper Timo Horn has told supporters that he’s not yet been approached by Liverpool regarding a summer move, but suggests he’ll consider an offer if we formalise our interest.
Horn is only 22-years-old, but has already established himself as one of the best keepers in the Bundesliga. He’s nowhere near usurping Manuel Neuer between the sticks for the national side, but has featured for every German youth team and is now the starter for the Under-21s – and it’s suggested he’ll eventually make it into Joachim Lowe’s squad.
“The fact is that there is still no concrete offer from Liverpool or any other clubs,” the young German told Bild.
“My heart stays in Cologne, for now I stand in goal for Cologne next season.
“But I have always said that I will sit down to address it when an offer from a top club comes.”
Liverpool have Simon Mignolet as no.1, and despite the fact the Belgian signed a five year contract extension earlier this season, many fans want him replaced.
It’s surely unlikely this will happen due to the contract extension and Jurgen Klopp’s extensive backing, but there is a possibility that genuine competition for the starting spot will arrive.
Adam Bogdan is nowhere near good enough, and young Welshman Danny Ward has little experience at any serious level, despite being a member of the Wales squad.
Mignolet’s been largely good in recent months since his League Cup Final blunder, but competition may improve his own performances. Horn’s just 22, so will have time to eventually win the shirt for himself; and will likely accept a role where he must fight for it early on.

Ultimately, Klopp wants signings that fit Liverpool’s ethos – having brought the squad and fans together in unity since taking charge.
