Thats a very good statement of intent to be fair.
I left all my comics behind in Belfast when I moved to England stupidly.
Ive replaced them with the bound novels, but your dedication probably wins.
Storyines. I love loads like the Cursed Earth, Dead Man, the original Apocalypse wars etc. BUT. I often prefered the little 2 episode or single story ones as they were punchy and stuck with me. Great examples:
Curse of the spider woman.
The adventures of PJ Maybe
The one where the Gods give a mortal power over everything and he fucks it up.
The one where a guy gets fired and poisons the air supply killing thousands and gets executed for it.
You might not remember any of them, they were all just one offs or a couple of issues tops.
Other than that the series that featured Chopper for the last time is one of my favourites still.

Townsend is shite if you rely on him as your primary offensive weapon – you will be disappointed with his production. But Rafa showed in his first few games in Newcastle that Townsend can perform a certain tactical role well and is coachable. Maybe he is more mature too, compared to his Tottenham days.
So why not? I don't find it entirely unbelievable that Man City and us are supposedly "tracking" a player like Townsend. In fact Guardiola did find use for more straightforward wingers like Tello or Cuenca even in Barca, and even more in Bayern.

Hamsik is a very good midfielder. 35m seems a touch steep though.

What? How is the bid for Deeney anything to do with "bored journalists"? Leicester have bid £25m for him. In real life. As in happened, not speculation.

Yesterday, we ripped into two Italian journalists, Fabrizio Romano and Emanuele Giulianelli who we believed had fabricated Liverpool stories.
They claimed that we were interested in Mateo Kovacic and that a £24m bid for the Real Madrid midfielder would be enough to be accepted.
You can read the story, and why we simply didn’t trust it, here.
Today, our fears over the validity of their claims were largely proven correct with Guilianelli posting an article for Tribal Football in which he claimed we could sell Roberto Firmino to Manchester City and buy Napoli’s Marek Hamsik instead!
He said we’d already submitted a €45m bid for Hamsik, and offered him a four year deal on €6m yearly wages, while again stating that we’ll buy Kovacic for €30m.
In his invented transfer merry-go-round, Firmino would be sold to City, who in turn would offload Raheem Sterling to Bayern Munich! Oh, and Martin Skrtel would join Roma so that Nicolas N’Koulou can come to Liverpool.

The sheer audacity of these claims… He hasn’t just made one bold suggestion, but casually dropped six in a single article! If he’s got this right, we’ll worship the ground he walks on – but for about one thousand reasons – it’s pretty obvious he hasn’t.
Liverpool will not even consider selling Firmino to anyone. Hamsik’s unattainable. Bayern have no need for Sterling and we don’t need a Skrtel replacement having already acquired Joel Matip.
If you’re up for a good laugh, give this guy a read, but please don’t get your hopes up!

German and Swiss papers are running stories today reporting that he's going to Schalke for around £16M.

He come on as a substitute in the second half against Chile. I was very impressed by him.
He is raw but has pace, wee bit of skill, and decent dribbling ability. I think he will be a hit in the premier league.
