Bellingham, Koopmeiners, a CB, Milner for another year, Morton getting more games and that’s probably it.

Maybe a DM if we’re lucky.

The following pre-season will be all about a Mo replacement.

Ideally we step up bring in more cheap young talent around the 18/19 age and at little cost as well.

I’d be ok with that.

Not likely to happen, but RB cover or replacement I dream of Trent not playing RB.

We aren't getting Mbappe, the gets €72m a year. PSGs front 3 get near €200m a year. We could not afford a loan deal in Jan.
Now if we get Jude, that's down to Klopp saving money.
Are you telling me Mbappe woudn't take a 400% pay cut to play for us? You must be deluded.

@peekay Just randomly taken a closer look at your avatar pic, is that James Rodriquez and Pepe Reina in their early 20s or something?

If we get Jude too, maybe he can just live rent free in Pep's head.

Nah - Pep will be starting his new project at PSG - he won’t fancy pitting his genius against talent of the National League North where City will shortly be playing.

John Henry

"Our efforts every day have been and continue to be focused on the long-term health and competitiveness of the club. Investment in the club is never for the short-term. This approach has been successful over the long haul with patience necessary from time to time."

“We continue building at Liverpool Football Club in a responsible manner,” said Henry. “We’ve seen many football clubs (including LFC previously) go down unsustainable paths. We have and will continue to focus our attention on investing wisely in the transfer market and we remain incredibly proud of our squad.

30 million plus sales summer transfer budget. High fives everyone.

What we need in summer
CM #1
CM #2
CB #1

If we get 3 good to great quality, we're challenging on all 4 fronts again imo.

Yeah, basically this. Need a RB back-up, but hopefully Ramsey will come alive after his injury troubles. There will be more outgoings than players coming in and that’s fine if the incoming players are top quality.

Frimpong, Jude and Tielemans. If we don't go for Jude then add Madison and Koné.
Not gonna happen. We would be lucky to get two players.

I'm starting to think we are going to go for 2 CMs and 2 CBs -
1 CM at a marquee price
1 CB at a marquee price

1 CM and 1 CB on a bosman.

Around this we may add more, but will have to sell to buy.

When you look at who we have, its not much. Irish Kevin, CJ, Gomez, Matip and Nats. Irish Kev goes who do you get? We couldn't sell Nat for £15m, not sure if in the summer we get close to £15m.
