Tottenham coach, Andre Villas Boas, is already making plans for the wad of cash his club would get from the sale of their star man, Gareth Bale, to Real Madrid. The coach has asked his club’s president to sign Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic, who may be looking to move with Madrid’s Higuaín likely to move there and Fernando Llorente already tied up.
The English club would be willing to pay between 20 and 30 million euros for the Serie A striker, according to ‘Tuttosport’ and ‘A Bola’. The investment, for a team who won’t be playing Champions League football next season, only makes sense if they are going to be banking serious money in the near future. And the only transaction likely to do that for them is the sale of Gareth Bale to Madrid. Real’s president Florentino Pérez is willing to pay 70 million euros in the coming days for the Welshman, before he renews with Tottenham.
