Benfica and Fenerbahce have finally come to an agreement over Óscar Cardozo. The Eagles will get €12m + add-ons for the striker. [Record]
Well, that's a steal. Cardozo is comparable to Soldado for me.
Napoli have not finished assembling their squad for next season, and they are interested in signing yet more players from Real Madrid.
Rafa Benitez has already signed three players from Madrid this summer, earning 'Los Blancos' an estimated 62 million euros so far.
The Serie A side have already signed striker Gonzalo Higuaín, defender Raúl Albiol and midfielder José Callejón from Madrid, and according to 'La Gazzeta dello Sport', they now want to make a swoop for left-back Fabio Coentrao.
Given the good relationship the two clubs enjoy, negotiations for the Portuguese defender need not be difficult, but Rafa Benitez's side are keeping their options open, and are also monitoring the situation of Feyenoord's Bruno Martins Indi and Cagliari's Davide Astori, who would both represent cheaper options than Coentrao, who Madrid paid Benfica over 30 million euros for in 2011.

He was fucking brilliant a few years back.... how old is he?
Denis Suárez's performances at this summer's Under-20 World Cup in Turkey, where he significantly enhanced his reputation, did not go unnoticed in Barcelona, where the feeling is that the youngster could be a perfect fit for the Barça philosophy.
The 'Azulgranas' are looking to bolster their creative department, a job description that suits Suárez down to the ground. The Galicia-born starlet is confident with the ball at feet, has a real eye for a killer pass and possesses a powerful shot to boot.
Barça has already sounded out the attacking midfielder, who started his career at Celta before joining fellow Sky Blues Manchester City. The offer on the table from Catalonia would see the highly rated Spanish prospect spend one year with the club's B-team, before being promoted to the senior ranks for the following three seasons.
Suárez has been heavily linked with a move away from Manchester this transfer window. Indeed, before the Spanish champions entered the fray, a whole raft of clubs - including Espanyol, Valencia, Sevilla, Granada and even Celta - enquired about taking the youngster on loan next season. The youngster still has a year left on his contract, meaning any side looking to add him to its ranks permanently would have to fork out a fee, something that would be no problem for Barcelona.
Alberto Moreno's life has changed dramatically in a short space of time. Half a year ago, he was considered just one prospect among many others in the Sevilla youth system, but ever since Unai Emery arrived, it has been a meteoric rise for the youngster.
Right from the outset, the Basque coach put his faith in the local lad, reinventing him as a left-back. Technically gifted and a fine striker of the ball, Moreno had always played further forward, but Emery quickly spotted his potential as a marauding full-back.
The whizz-kid's sterling performances at the European Under-21 Championship this summer have further bolstered his profile, leading several clubs to start putting out the feelers.
Real Madrid is watching the situation with interest. In fact, a 'Los Blancos' representative has already been in touch with the youngster's camp to enquire about his situation.
The Bernabéu higher-ups had thought that Moreno's contract was set to expire at the end of the coming season, but now they stand corrected. This notwithstanding, the Sevilla starlet could well enter the picture sooner rather than later as a young, Spanish alternative at left-back, particularly if Coentrao ends up leaving.
Olympique Marseille and Liverpool are amongst the other clubs tracking the youngster, although no firm bid has been tabled as of yet. There has also been agent talk about interest from elsewhere in England and even from Russia.
Mackay confirmed he was really hopeful about getting Capoue, saying: “We’ve been in constant dialogue with Toulouse for the last week.
“They have been excellent to deal with, but it’s pretty delicate at the moment.
“We’re in discussions and negotiations – it’s ongoing. You can’t be confident until the player is standing in your own club’s jersey.
“If ourselves and Toulouse have come to an agreement then we have to have discussions with Etienne and his advisors. They have been very professional.”
Napoli are not just casting their net at Real Madrid to make summer reinforcements (after having signed Callejón, Albiol and Higuaín), they are also monitoring the situation of Barcelona forward Alexis Sánchez. Rafa Benítez is a big fan of the Chilean and has labelled the player as an alternative should plans to bring in Porto’s Jackson Martínez founder.
Benítez is keen to strengthen the team’s attack after the departure of Edinson Cavani. The Italians have been negotiating with Porto for Jackson Martínez but according to ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport’, talks between the two clubs have reached a standstill. Porto, who are renowned for being steadfast negotiators in their transfer market dealings, are asking the Italian side to stump up 40 million euros for the player – a figure far in excess of Benítez’s budget. If talks fail to advance, Napoli will set their sights on Alexis although prising the player away from Barça won’t be easy - the Catalans have already stated that they are counting on him for the new season amid interest from several other Serie A clubs.

Napoli have agreed personal terms with Jackson Martinez, but his agent has warned that getting Porto to sell may be more problematic.
The Colombian striker has been linked with a switch to the Stadio San Paolo, but more talks will be necessary.
“There is an agreement with the player,” Manuel Manzo told Sky Sport Italia. “However, one with Porto is missing and they don’t want to sell.
“The only chance of a move happening, in my opinion, is if the Azzurri pay the €40m rescission fee clause which is in his contract. Otherwise he won’t move.”
Napoli, after spending €37m on Real Madrid’s Gonzalo Higuain, are understood to have bid €32m for the South American.
Napoli are rumoured to have offered Jackson Martinez a five-year deal worth €2m a campaign in an effort to tempt him to Serie A.
The 26-year-old joined the Portuguese club last summer from Jaguares.
Napoli’s summer shopping at Real Madrid may not yet be over after they were linked with Alvaro Arbeloa on Tuesday.
The Azzurri have already handed over €50m to the Spanish giants this summer after netting the trio of Jose Callejon, Raul Albiol and Gonzalo Higuain.
Reports today suggest that Napoli boss Rafa Benitez has identified Arbeloa, a full-back, as a possible defensive reinforcement.
Benitez knows the €12m-rated player well given that they both worked together in the past with Premiership side Liverpool.
