The Liverpool Echo are reporting tonight that Liverpool's Denmark international centre-back and vice-captain Daniel Agger is on the verge of completing a shock £3million switch back to his former clubBrondby. The 29-year-old, who joined the Reds from the Copenhagen club in 2006, has apparently told the Reds that he doesn't want to play for any other club, even though he has been linked with the likes of Atletico Madrid and Napoli.

Queens Park Rangers have given permission for striker Loic Remy to hold talks with Chelsea, according to Sky sources.
