In the same bracket, Erïksen's agent has today confirmed that they are negotiating with, and i quote, 'several clubs'.

Price: £12M

Type: Bargain

According to his agent, Bony are going to Swansea making him their most expensive player ever.

Another interesting player to follow next Season in the Prem, having scored for fun in Holland as well as he recently got voted Player of the Year in the Eredivisie.

Dutch media is saying Bony has supposedly signed for 12 million ... Fantasy sleeper there.

Great signing for Swansea. They will probably use him better than just as a battering ram as well.

Newcastle’s plundering of Ligue 1 looks set to continue this summer with France Football suggesting on Thursday evening that the Toon to make a move for St Etienne pair Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Kurt Zouma.

Both would be very good signings - I cannot believe Kinnear would approve.

As expected, Santos goalkeeper Rafael is ready to complete his €5m move to Napoli “imminently.”

The shot-stopper had also been courted by Roma, but a deal is on the table for him to challenge Morgan De Sanctis at the San Paolo instead.

“The negotiations for Rafael’s sale to Napoli are going very well and will be finalised imminently,” agent Paulo Affonso told Lancenet in Brazil.

“The conversation he had with Coach Rafa Benitez was decisive in swinging it for Napoli.”

Rafael is a 23-year-old goalkeeper whose contract with Santos is due to expire in August 2014.

Atletico Madrid President Enrique Cerezo confirmed negotiations with Catania for Alejandro ‘Papu’ Gomez.

The Argentine support striker and winger had already hinted he was ready to move on this summer, but a move to Inter fell through.

He could instead reunite with former Catania Coach Diego Pablo Simeone at the Vicente Calderon.

Atletico Madrid President Cerezo told Argentine station Radio La Red that there were talks with Catania for Gomez.

Itasportpress suggests a deal could be done over the next week.

The 25-year-old scored eight goals in 36 Serie A games this season, providing seven assists.

If he's going to move, he'll have to put in a transfer request imho.
Everton and Martinez will find themselves in a tough spot with the fans re Baines and Fellaini

It's OK. They still have Cahill Arteta Neville Rodwell Distin

Had he not signed for Hull City, Figueroa would've been a potential candidate as replacement given his availability on free transfer and previous connection with Martinez.

Baines, yes. Fellaini not necessarily - when he's good he's very good, but he picks and chooses his games, according to one bluenose I know.

Ancelotti supposedly wants Pirlo @ Real. Granted, it would be a shame to see a player of his class at that club, but I guess they've found a decent replacement for the Liverpool bound Xabi!

From 101gg:

Teenage Croat Alen Halilovic is possibly the most exciting young prospect in all of Europe and Dinamo Zagreb teammate Tin Jedvaj is also regarded as a future star in Croatia.

Sportske Novosti, a respected Croatian newspaper confirmed that Tottenham have secured the services of the two 17 year olds for a combined fee of €20 million.

It’s reported that Jedvaj will join in the January transfer window, with Halilovic joining the North London club next summer.
