Suarez apologises

I just can't get over how we've clusterfucked every aspect of this issue. I mean we've got nothing right with this whole thing . We haven't managed to explain any of the clubs actions or beliefs at all . If we believed Suarez was so innocent then they needed to fight to the end and really show why they felt this . They never did .

And yeah Fergie's a cunt and yeah he's loving this and yeah he jumped at the opportunity to have a go , but the fact is we've handled this so badly we've allowed him to do so.

And now although the apology will be acknowledge in some circles , in most it will be used as proof to push how they were right that Suarez is a cunt .

Right now i wouldn't give a shite if the lot of them fucked off . I don't care so much what others think but i care what i think about ourselves and right now we're embarrassing both on and off the field .

Yes. Suarez has is self-respect intact and he is the only one that actually cares about the club. Everyone else involved is playing a PR game to make the club appear good rather than actually giving two fucks about what it actually is. and if they don't give a fuck, then neither do I. The media, ferguson, Evra, the FA they are all welcome to join in the gang rape of LFC. have a good time. have good fucking time.

Apologising was the right thing to do, Evra also showed himself up at the end for what he is. Suarez must be left in no doubt that his discipline must be of an acceptable nature from here on. Lets move on an play ball. Mancs have had their own share of shameful incidents, ie Keane deliberately ending Haalands career, and Cantona's assault on a spectator, didn't hear an apology from them and they backed both players to death. They play the high moral ground wrt other clubs and do what they want themselves. Afterall they have a horse thief for a Manager so what would you expect.

Yeah shoot me for supporting the club and a player found guilty in a kangaroo court.
As I said Redcafe is more your bag!
That's if you don't misspelt it!

Regardless he was found guilty, the club accepted the ban...

look i agree that the FA dont have the right to condemn suarez, at least not in the ridiculously biased way they work, but can u honestly tell me you think kenny and suarez handled this situation well at all?

KD: We all have a responsibility

Liverpool Manager Kenny Dalglish today insisted Luis Suarez is right to apologise for failing to shake Patrice Evra's hand at Old Trafford.

"Ian Ayre has made the Club's position absolutely clear and it is right that Luis Suarez has now apologised for what happened at Old Trafford," said Dalglish.
"To be honest, I was shocked to hear that the player had not shaken hands having been told earlier in the week that he would do.
"But as Ian said earlier, all of us have a responsibility to represent this Club in a fit and proper manner and that applies equally to me as Liverpool Manager.
"When I went on TV after yesterday's game I hadn't seen what had happened, but I did not conduct myself in a way befitting of a Liverpool Manager during that interview and I'd like to apologise for that."

If you brand someone a racist it's gonna stay with him for life. A kangaroo court is an apt description of it. Especially when one of the panel of 3 is personal friend of Ferguson. Racism is a serious accusation, in any court you must prove beyond reasonable doubt to an independent Jury. None of these two requirements were met. I would accept whatever outcome if .it was done properly.

Never said they did handle it well but Kenny was put in a no win situation and I fully understand Suarez reasons for not shaking the cunts hand.
I'm not buying into the innocence that the mancs are putting forward in the whole situation.
Suarez said that Evra insulted his sister in the same game but that was totally brushed under the carpet in the whole argument.
The media bias towards United is there for the whole world to see but those who chose to fully agree with the media and the F.a's stance to the issue are wrong a billion times over.

the thing is united played the game and liverpool didnt. its not right but i dont understand how suarez and a massive football club can be so naive in this situation, everybody else saw this kinda stuff coming as soon as it happend but the club and the player only fan the flame. the entire thing from the start has been handled attrociously and its draggin the name of lfc through the dirt. im sorry but that pisses me off

Yes, but in a situation where their hand was more or less forced by a statement from the FA basically saying that if we appealed he'd receive a stronger penalty. I mean, that was fair wasn't it?

Exactly. You almost expect the media, browbeaten by Ferguson and/or tied up financially with ManUre as they are, to ignore the point. What's disappointing (to say the least of it) is the number of Reds on here and elsewhere taking the easy way out by joining them.

When the options included defending the indefensible and almost willfully stupid or just taking the punishment and trying to maintain some digity in the eyes of the public....

And to get accused of being a moaner on a moral high horse....

The members of either camp will never agree on this either way we conspired to get the worst of both worlds didnt we....

For the first time in months I'm pleased that somebody at the club showed some leadership ad a bit of class. We can point fingers at each other all fucking day exchanging insults and accusations of disloyalty etc.... I'd rather we just moved the fuck on and forgot about this entire debacle.

Go on then Luis, say sorry with some fucking goals.

"When I went on TV after yesterday's game I hadn't seen what had happened, but I did not conduct myself in a way befitting of a Liverpool manager during that interview and I'd like to apologise for that."

Jesus Christ, whoever made Kenny make that statement needs his fucking arse kicking. After all that he's done for the club that's a fucking disgrace.

He is only saying what some were thinking yesterday.

The fact you (and others) are still holding onto........... media bias/kenny can't do no wrong/head in sand/kangaroo court view is becoming quite comical

Will Evra publicly accept?

United will shortly publish a statement accepting the apology.

I had the impression those people stopped thinking months ago. The FA and the media do their thinking for them now.

Suarez should never of played anyway, he is such a spicy character the odds on him doing something stupid were very high.

Carroll has his best two games for us, one of them against UTD and the gets dropped, great move Kenny

fuck me , how do know he doesn't believe it or feels he let himself down .How the fuck do you know what he's thinking? . I mean this is just incredible , somebody says something that admits to something you don't like so you choose to believe he was forced to say it .

And if kenny was "forced" to say it , what does it say about his character that he'd allow that to happen ?
It means he wants to remain manager even though these cunts are in charge.
yeah that's it exactly . I mean none of this is his fault , he can never do any wrong or admit he made a mistake . He's been shafted by some big bad american cunts . Get out those "yanks out" banners you saved from the last lot , Kenny needs your help .

“Manchester United thanks Liverpool for the apologies issued following Saturday's game,” the statement read.

“Everyone at Old Trafford wants to move on from this. The history of our two great clubs is one of success and rivalry unparalleled in British football.

“That should be the focus in the future of all those who love the clubs.”

Sky Sports' Martin Tyler has just said, during his commentary on the Villa/City match, "It seems as though Alex Ferguson's post-match comments yesterday have been vindicated by the apologies coming out of Anfield today."

Sheesh! 😱
