We are the least compact team in this league.
We need to get at least one before halftime.
Deep inside I suspect many of you on here expected a result like this. Hell I am expecting us to lose 4-0, but you never know. However, the thing that is going to hurt more is that I truely believe that after a heavy defeat - many of our players will be damaged goods in the head and it could define how they play for the rest of the season. They may end up being totally fucked up in the head like Downing after this game, and Suarez may do the thing we expect him to do at the end of the season - which is fuck off to a club that actually has a chance of winning something.

I only watched the last 15 mintues, and Allen and Gerrard don't seem that bad ... but it's really frustrating how lacking in confidence our middle 3 are ... they're suffering from downingtitis

I think the second goal was a bit unlucky.
The real issue for most of our problems seems to be the complete absence of a midfield. Getting goalside of them seems to be incredibly easy and when you do there's a nice huge expanse of pitch to play around with until you meet our defenders on the edge of the box.
