Sooooo, the internationals then.

Konate, Didier Deschamps seemed to confirm it was tactical:

"I know it's tough, but I saw him struggling, not at his best, so I preferred to substitute him."

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has returned to the club after sustaining a "suspected concussion" on international duty with Brazil.

The 32-year-old was substituted late on in the 2-1 World Cup qualifying win over Colombia on Friday after a nasty clash of heads with former Tottenham defender Davinson Sanchez.

Alisson will now return to Merseyside for assessment by Liverpool's medical staff.

"Alisson suffered a head injury and was replaced due to a suspected concussion," Brazil's team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar said after the match.

"We will now follow the CBF protocol, and he will undergo the recommended... tests.

"If all the tests are normal, we will proceed and perform a cognitive test. Then we will evaluate the player.

"He is normal, without any complaints. He did not report any fainting or memory loss."

Alisson will definitely miss Tuesday's World Cup qualifier in Argentina, but Liverpool will hope he is available for their first game back after the international break - against Everton at Anfield on 2 April.

Salah also scored.

Obviously, they all play well when the pressure is off.

What did we call them before, "mentality monsters" was it?

One guy didn't do too well...

He was in the game won against PSG, but unfortunately Slot fucked up the formations and tactics in the two fuck up games recently. I hold Slot FULLY responsible for the CL exit and League Cup final loss. But you knew that anyway and like all typical Curtis haters you fail to mention the real cause of the defeats.

What I have come to know after all these years of football is that the single most potential destructive force that can act against a teams performance is their manager, and no player can ... no matter how brilliant like Curtis can overcome that.

Nico Williams roasted him for the equalizer.
Dont want to nitpick but yeah...that's why I don't want us to sign him. He's just not good enough defensively.
Also, how is his height going to help us on corners?

What the hell happened to Scotland?
Down 0-3 at home against Greece.

Tsimikas not playing but Robbo is.

They even started well in the first 15. Then I was doing something else and was shocked to see 0-3.

He’s pretty good defensively but as others have said he could be an option as a RW as well.

What a dumb challenge by Van Hecke...
And what a weak ref. Soft pen.
1-0 Spain Oyarzabal
