It seems Gary Neville has a big influence in selecting players for the England squad aswell, because when you hear him talking about certain players as a pundit, they are then drafted into the next England squad. (Oxlade-Chamberlain, Lallana and Sterling off the top of my head).

It's aggravating in a way, but Nevillestein Senior is indeed a good pundit. He knows what he's talking about and doesn't waste words doing so.

Couldn't stand him as a player, but he is one of the best pundits out there at the moment. He's not scared to criticise the mancs either which impressed me.
