He is a decent, versatile player with a good passing range but he has no pace. More of a controller than a destroyer.
How do you think he will work as the DM in a midfield three behind Herrera and Di Maria
It depends what you want a DM to do. He is not very quick and he is not the best defensively. He can play CM as well as DM. Maybe he is a stop gap until you get Strootman?

I'm guessing they will eventually get better so it's great to see them already drop 7 points from a supposed easy 9 points
Given they have dropped 7 points from 9 and are yet to play a decent side its pretty much as bad as it can get for a star to the season. They have much tougher games to come and will inevitably drop further points against the better sides, its seems bizarre to say but they are pretty much no hope for the titles after 3 games. They will beat QPR next week though.
