I tell you something, everyone needs to pick up on the attitude a bit. Roy, the players the owners and particularly the fans, if this sort of thinking gets entrenched we fucking will get relegated.

Yes, and say we lose 7, win 2, draw 6 away from home, then we win 7, lose 5, draw 3 at home then we will finish with 42! My guess is that we will do much better than that.
Look, we're not going to get relegated. There will be new faces coming in in Jan that will improve the squad further. Once this team gets a win or two under their belts, points will be gathered. There's too many games left where we will earn points, starting with Sunday at Anfield.

Teams in our position at this point of the season usually get relegated. Over the years we've seen fans of many other clubs talk about it the way we're talking about it now. One or two injuries to crucial players, one or two really disaffected key players (like Pepe) and a squad of over-rated bottlers and we'll find ourselves in trouble.

Think it was this thread you read it in. I wouldn't read too much into that statistic. You have to remember he played a weak side for Fulham towards the end of last season as he was concentrating on the Europa League. I'm not defending Hodgson here, I'm just saying we're not going to get relegated!

I'm not sure how meaningful that is really. Managers usually rally round when any of them are in trouble. Rafa was very much the exception in that regard.

Bazza, I would have agreed with you but having a stronger squad counts for nothing when there's no passion and fight in the lads. The Premiership table doesn't lie and all of the teams mentioned are playing better football than us.
