Even Sam is fighting for Roy! Looks like under Roy we are easy meat!

"It's not just down to Roy Hodgson, it's the structure of the club as a whole, building the atmosphere back." said Allardyce. "I feel for Roy, he seems to be bearing the brunt of the blame. If he gets enough time he will get it right."
He added: "I always thought this would be a year of transition for a club that has sold off a lot of its players and Roy has a huge task, but I didn't think they would have as few points as they have at the moment,

Well if he is outmastered by Fat Sam when having a superior squad it would be his most embarrasing moment in his Liverpool career so far.

...in a sea of embarrasing moments

Haha true. Somehow I suspect he will even top it when he explains what happened afterwards....

Looks like a draw or even a lost is in the offing! Not.Looking.Forward.To.The.Match. At ALL.

I hardly get excited about games now... Fuck.

Being involved in relegation battle will strengthen his position given his experience against them with Fulham, wouldn't it? Seems like eitherway, he's in the winning end.

I am not sure we can make 40 points this season anymore
[/quote]

We are on course for 46 points and that should guarantee us survival. However, we have just been handed a footballing lesson by the team at the bottom and the worst away record in the premiership.

Binny, Roy is grasping at both end of the straws...

46 points? Not if we keep on being beaten by the relegation battlers!

http://The club have refused to make any official comment on his future but Fairclough, 'Super Sub' in the club's glory days of the 70's and 80's, says the club is in real trouble already.

"It (relegation) has to be in our minds," he told Sky Sports News HD.

"No Liverpool fan will believe that will happen, but there is a real fear that we have fallen into that cluster of sides who are all haunted by relegation.

"At this time of the year we expected Liverpool to be further up the table in a position to challenge, but it hasn't happened and now they are probably one of eight or nine sides who will consider they are in a relegation battle. Liverpool can't be ruled out of that group."

The course of 46 points was including victories against teams at home at least. We have wasted some of those now. We are defo in the battle.

Won 1 Drew 2 Lost 7
5 points from a possible 30 away from home.

Even at home the bottom team beat us, and newly promoted Blackpool twatted us, make no mistake we ARE in a relegation battle, and if he isn't fucked off we are doomed.

If we continue as is and get sucked further down the table then we'll be in real trouble. I can just imagine Woy's press conference if this happened.

"I am vewy pwoud to have followed in the footsteps of my legendary and much esteemed predecessors by guiding Liverpool to the Championship"

Thats what the press would do.

Hodgson saves Liverpool from Rafa's Relegation.

the fact that this thread has even reached more than two comments speaks volumes. It is both depressing and disturbing. Er...c'mon the Red Men...
