Shut up already! But the long knives are out!

Robbie Fowler said on Sky that the Leeds team who began their fall down the leagues were better than this Liverpool side. That should set alarm bells ringing.

Now who says Liverpool can't be relegated?

hmmm I tried to find more quotes and it seems the Daily Mail are out in front, so far.

Fowler is right. I'm genuinely worried about a relegation battle with roy at the helm. I have not seen 1 positive thing in our matches. I actually am concerned about our Blackburn game this weekend. And thats a game normally i'd be confident in

It's one thing to predict we won't finish Top 4, correctly, but a season later and we're discussing *relegation*?

It won't happen. It can't happen.

Can it?

*seeks reassuring words*

Depressing indeed. No team are ever too good to be relegated.

12 wins? A very distinctive improbability given how we are playing and even at home we can only hope to draw!

The Championship is apparently a very exciting league to watch.

Yay, prepares to watch Championship games without live TV. More sleep next season!

That fat fuck Martin Samuel can fuck off. And Robbie can keep a lid on it too.

We're not going to get relegated. Roy will get sacked and then we'll slowly start climbing up the table to a mid-table finish.

It *could* happen, but it won't. It would have been a real risk had the previous owners clung on but now, even if nothing else changes, NESV will step in to safeguard their investment. From that point of view I'm glad John Henry was at the game yesterday.

I know you're right.

I'm just waiting for roy to be sacked before i believe

if roy is much more time then the possibility of relagation is real as the new guy may not have enough time to undo his (roy) mistakes.

We wont go down. However, there is no way we should have fallen so far - you have to identify the principle difference from last season to this i.e. the manager.

I also hate how people use 'well we've had a tough start' as some sort of excuse. We should be aiming for a title challenge and expecting to beat all teams. The bottom line is that we are just playing shit and with no belief whatsoever.

Yeah tough start my arse. Ok Arsenal City United but thats fucking ages ago. You could hardly call West Brom, Sunderland, Birmingham, Blackpool and Everton a tough run.

Way too early to be talking about that shite. 10 wins and 4 draws from our remaining 30 games would keep us up. We'll get that no problem.

I do think once Roy gets the sack, things will be turned around quickly. I still expect him to get us 3 points though at the weekend against Blackburn though.

The thing is, saying that we're to good to go down is just nonsene.

Of course we could go down, if Roy stays in charge for the entire year we could very well be relegated. I don't see us winning any matches these days, because of his tactics and approach.

Other clubs have found us out, they know how to attack us and aren't afraid of doing so. Since we stopped pressing and withdrawn the team back to our own half, we just invite the opposition to have a go. And we haven't got the players to play a counter attack style anyway.

Roy has a lot of very good players at his disposal, it's just that he hasn't a clue about how to line up.
Another manager with a bit of forward thinking and getting the best out of the players in our squad could easily turn our first 11 into a top 8 team. It's just about balance, tactics and approach.

The sooner we replace him the better..

All are doing now is to avoid defeat, hardly looking for a win. If that persist, we are staring relegation in the face.

Half of those are away. So it's 10 wins and 4 draws from 15 games.

Ah come on, you can't say that we are going to lose all 15 of our away games. That's nonsense!
