Gakpo is a frustrating player for me. He's good (don't get me wrong). But somehow also seems limited to me personally. Like he is a better version of Ryan Babel who only knew how to take it to his right foot and was very limited and predictable like that. Gakpo is better, but still kinda like that in my opinion. While Nunez, on the other hand and in contrast, is a proper striker who strives on shit and can do it all.

In this game he's doing some bitch work, in that Tsimi is only rarely going to overlap because of risk management. We're tucking trent more often, so Tsimi is not that advanced on the opposite side. So Gakpo is just a pinned to the wing old fashioned winger most of the time, and he's not that player. He's not doing that badly really.
