He's a cheating **** plain and simple.

That has no place in the game.

Those Spanish fucks have been doing it for years... it's fucking sickening and yet they get away with it year after year...

If we had VAR would he have been sent off?

No. ‘Cause people want/expect/whatever the “players to win the match.” So cunts like him take advantage of it. Even if the ref had spotted it and knew what he was doing like everyone fucking watching he wouldn’t have sent him off either. Yet in doing so that’s them deciding the outcome of the match and not the players. It’s infuriating. It changed the match and Karius lost the match. We deserved better.

Going one step further full paranoia zone, is it possible to wear a drug on your elbow with say a transparent pva type film coated in fine ground glass that would render your opponent dizzy. Did Karius have a blood test afterwards? Would anyone be shocked surprised to find out this had happened? I recon a massive blow to the temple would also have a similar effect though. Perhaps we should coat all our players with a lethal neuro toxin. Oh this is fun

I have seen the footage - but has any media outlet actually raised the incident where Ramos elbowed him in the head ? - we know that a head injury can cause all sorts of problems - but in this case i don't think so as Karius was having a mare. I am surprised that UEFA have not taken any retrospective action over this - as I would consider it as violent conduct.

I think theres enough doubt over the Salah incident for him to skate around any sort of retrospective review because intent is too murky to prive. The elbow on Karius is just a blatant unprovoked strike on somebodies face, he should be punished harshly for that.

The one for me I find most alarming is the trick to get Mane booked. By that time I really do think he felt he could get away with anything. I mean, with that one, it was absolutely blatant - the repeated looks to check on Mane, the step back and the ridiculous fall and holding of his face. It made Rivaldo's collapse from an imaginary ball in his face look subtle and ambiguous. And the ref still booked Mane. That decision, and the failure of the linesman to challenge it, really stank.

Spain are in the same group as Iran and Morocco. Any chance we can issue a fatwah against him and watch him get wrecked in one of the group matches?

Did I mishear, or did the commentary in the match say that the ref hadn't officiated in the Champions league since the group stages? If that is the case, he surely can't be thought of that much as you would have expected him to definitely get a game in the round of 16, then the quarters, missing out on the semi's so as to officiate the final?

I wonder if Ramos actions may have got us more admirers and actually did damage to Madrids reputation.

Each time either of them crosses your mind the entire depths of your capacity to hate should instantly flood over that particular club to the exclusion of everything else in the universe. So whichever one you thought about last is the one you'd hate more.

Real are more hateful, surely?

Yes Indeed.

One thing which I did inherit through via the osmosis of living in Spain is a hatred of Real.

One of the greatest football days of my entire life was watching Levante, my local team in Spain, beat them 1 nil at the bernabeu.

Fascist cunts who love and rate themselves far too much, I don't much care about retrospective action against Ramos, that is already done now and we can hopefully take our revenge onto the pitch, but I would very much like them to be stripped of their first 5 big ears, when it is patently obvious that they bribed the very fuck out of the refs to keep father Franco happy.

Fuck em.

I used to be quite fond of Real back in the 80's and into the 90's. Like their players, and thought their aura was quite cool. But after the last "normal" vintage With Seedorf, Redondo, Hierro, Sanchiz, Michel, Mijatovic, Suker etc they turned into something I couldn't like at all. Selfobsessed thundercunts the lot of them. Saw in Marca after the final that Ronaldo was so obseesed With not scoring a gosal in the final that he almost tried to downgrade the team effort, and suggested they changed the name of CL to CR7 League.

An Egyptian lawyer has filed a €1 billion lawsuit against Sergio Ramos for the challenge which injured Mohamed Salah in the Champions League final.
Salah was forced off in tears with a suspected ligament damage of his shoulder, which ended Liverpool's early dominance in Kiev as Real Madrid went on to win 3-1.
Initial fears had Salah ruled out of the World Cup - Jurgen Klopp said post-match that is was likely he will miss the tournament - but the player is now "confident" of taking part.

Lawyer Bassem Wahba is keen to press ahead with the lawsuit, confirming his intention on Egyptian television.

"Ramos intentionally injured Mo Salah and should be punished about his actions," he claimed on the Sada El-Balad channel.
"I've filed a lawsuit and a complaint to Fifa.
