Bloody hell Tom - you could at least have given Leeds, Norwich, Southampton, Wolves and Arsenal some more goals, adding a touch of realism.

Decent strike Herrera on the volley but keeper should be doing better . 0-1 PSG

They’re playing 4 central midfielders with Wijnaldum playing the role he does for Netherlands behind Icardi and Mbappe.

Verrati Gueye and Herrera doing the dirty work.

Fuck me Mbappe is ridiculous.

Scored a header from about 12 yards out so effortlessly. 0-2 PSG

Brest back in the game, superb goal. Little flick sells about 5 PSG players…they’re not good enough defensively, conceded 2 at home yesterday and conceded again today.

Wijnaldum playing shit, same old Gini taking a million touches and going backwards.

Hakimi their best player by a country mile.

Holy fuck, Gueyes just scored a 40 yarder pile driver.

Smashing strike but again it’s shocking from the keeper.

& for a 2nd game in a row PSG concede 2.

PSG clinging on lol

And at it was last week PSG deal it with a deadly counter with a 2-4 score line

Sublime little chip by Di Maria, perfectly set up by Hakimi

Fuck sakes Norwich. City already leading.

Grealish off the mark 2-0

Brighton 2-0

Maupay with a good finish after Bissouma punishes Watford for slack play out the back.

Brighton are playing and looking every bit like a high-caliber team right now. Dominant high pressing game, good variety in the build-up, controlling the game while preserving energy, clinical finishing (that’s the biggest surprise with Brighton). If they can keep everyone fit, I think they’ll surprise many people this season.

I think on one of the metrics used for measuring game performance, it may have been expected goals scored versus expected goal conceded, they should have finished in the top six last season.

Surely Bissouma will be snapped up by a bigger club sooner or later?

Brighton have played good football ever since Potter took charge, defensively very solid and they like to keep a lot of the ball.
