Well, woke up just after the first matches finished, but doesn't sound like I missed much.

Southampton Spurs does sound like the best of the bunch, I have to agree. No doubt that means it'll be shite & one of the other matches will end up a multi goal thriller.

Have to upset the kids by switching off Indiana Jones to put it on now.

We finally went up to bad about 6am. I drunk a fuck load of ale last night. Amazing that I don't feel like shite tbh.

Unfortunately Bex auntie no longer does her new years day gathering now, so instead of having the house to myself I know have kids badgering me whilst I try to enjoy the matches in peace.

I ended up staying up til about 3am but didnt drink hardly a drop. My kid is now old enough to go to parties and drink and I was on duty to pick him up when we got home from our thing in town. Little groggy from weird hours but it's nice not being hungover. Winter cycling in the forest in a bit then come home and crack some beers for the United-Arsenal match.
