Let’s get something straight…Spurs are in a pressured scrap for 4th - so they’ll choke.

Everyone seems concerned about our defence against Kane (who never shows up in pressure games) / Son etc. What about their clusterfuck of a defence against our rampaging front 3 combo?

Spurs at Anfield? 4-0

I’d overlooked the amount of pressure Spurs are under to get top 4 which can play into our hands if they get desperate.

Spurs gonna go spursy. But arsenal are also going spursy. So I have no idea what will happen.

They can go where they like. But we will win every game in every comp we have left this season. The league is all down to city dropping points

Haven't you got with the programme? The anti-jinxers are the real jinxers and the jinxers are the real anti-jinxers! Kill the anti-jinxers! Follow the Gourd!

I’ll give you ten for it….

The arrogance of spurs fans over on the tiny cock forum is unreal. Out of all the clubs, spurs fans are the most deluded bunch outthere.
When you read posts about how we are the"always the victims" and then ironically later some other twat asked why are spurs so disliked by other fans? Answering himself that it's because they are the Jewish club and everyone one else is racist and hates Jews.
Lived in woodgreen for a while back in the early 90s and knew loads of spurs fans and by fuck they were so racist.

[article]For the second week in a row, Liverpool can get their work done before sitting back to see how Manchester City fare. The extent of any European bounce or, in City’s case, hangover may be hard to predict but Jürgen Klopp’s men have certainly built up a fearsome head of steam to carry into the final four games. Like Liverpool, Spurs have a rival sitting just above them who, by and large, keep on winning: falling five points behind Arsenal this weekend could prove very costly going into Thursday’s north London derby and it adds to the sense that neither team can really afford anything but victory at Anfield. Spurs were not especially convincing in beating Leicester but, with an on-song Harry Kane and Son Heung-min kept fresh for the best part of a week, might fancy exposing any tired legs from that monumental comeback at Villarreal. Seasons are on the line for both sides, who would doubtless have preferred different opponents at this point.

It cant be understated how huge this game is, its our hardest remaining game by far, and if we do manage to win this, the pressure City will feel going into a very tough game against Newcastle, on the back of an absolutely devastating result on Wednesday will be huge.

Unfortunately I think we'll draw, Spurs are a spawny stain of a club, who always cause us more problems than they should, and on Saturday their entire game plan will be defend for their lives and play the ball into Kane to turn around the corner to Son running in behind.

Trents looked better at dealing with this recently, but Kane and Son are two of the best around at doing this play, i cant see how they don't hurt us here.

On the positive side Lloris will be in goal for Spurs.

Look at Spurs' backline.

The most dangerous team we've faced so far other than Man City. Have to be careful with the high line

This is all following a familiar pattern.................
I have been very confident leading up to the fixture but now that it is almost upon us I am getting nervous.
Once we aren't winning by at least two goal after twenty I will resign myself to the fact that we are losing the game.
Once we go one up I am certain that we are going to concede two and still lose.
Once we go two up I am certain that we are going to draw or even worse lose. The shame!
Then we go three up and I wonder what are the chances of us conceding three in the last ten minutes again?
With our three goal lead still intact I enjoy injury time.
On the basis that it is a short one.

Konate is obviously in to cope with the pace of Son and to cover for Trent.
