Didnt he say yesterday that neither benteke or firmino would be fit until after Sundays game?

no, just said that they arent ready to start the game tonight so guessing they'll be on the bench
Christian Benteke, Roberto Firmino and Dejan Lovren have also returned to training, but according to Klopp are "no option" for either of this week's matches.

Damn you for making me Google that ! Haha

I'm missing this because Sleaford Mods are playing Rotterdam tonight. Damn. Don't tell me the score till I get back. Ta.

Yes. I spent my year out in Germany before studying the lingo at university and, while obviously there are some cultural differences, the people struck me as more similar to Brits than any other nationality I've encountered would be. Those I've met since haven't dispelled that impression. Especially the girls. 😉

German women are boss.
...so how are they similar to Brits then?

Confirmed #LFC team to face @fcrk: Mignolet, Clyne, Skrtel, Sakho, Moreno, Can, Allen, Milner, Lallana, Coutinho, Origi

Interesting, Lucas was at the press-conference, but he is the only one dropped from Saturday's lineup.

Hope Origi will open his goals account today.

Inasmuch as for the most part they have a generally even-tempered attitude to life, not big on making a fuss and generally fairly stoical in the face of the little annoyances life throws up from day to day. TBF that may be less true of us Brits as a whole now than it was then (this was back in the 1970s) but in general I think it still applies, and the Germans I've met over the years have tended to fit that pattern too.

The further back you go, the stronger the similarities.
