Where there is a consistent consensus between pundits and players and managers of a specific players performance over say 2-3 seasons then we can safely say that that specific player has that game intelligence. So the actual list is very long. However i think that the list in the past few seasons has got shorter due to more emphasis on players physical strength and fitness.
