Lino didn't report it to the ref who didn't include it in his match log.

Grabbing Bruno's arm before probably didn't help.

No excusing his action after but Mitrovic's aggression was far worst and went on much longer.

Physically I didn't think it was (Mitrovic didn't actually get hold of Kavanagh) but it did go on much longer and the lino was the first to grab Fernandes as you say. A ban for the rest of the season lets Mitrovic off quite lightly IMO. I wouldn't have been surprised by a ban for the rest of the calendar year.

He gave him what I'd describe as a gentle nudge, that in itself is not allowed and warranted the red card.....if he stopped there and then and walked off after being shown the red I wonder if everyone would be debating whether a 10 game ban is excessive/not excessive enough. I personally thought he'd get 4-6 games.

The worst part is always the expression used, bit like when Klopp chased down the lino.....all the finger pointing and forcing the ref to walk backwards to avoid him getting in his face.
