Confirmed transfers so far for the top 6:

Chelsea: Caballero
Spurs: -
Man City: Silva, Ederson
Liverpool: Solanke, Salah
Arsenal: Kolasinac
Man Utd: Lindelof

Would that have been possible? They met his release fee clause.

And he didn't want to play for us. We apparently offered a better deal all round but he (or his wife they say) was adamant about a move to London. We can't make a player who doesn't want to come to us do so.

The funny thing is, now they say Sanchez and his wife dislike life in London...

I think we were late to the party. By the time we got our shit together, Arsenal has already been speaking to him for months. London may have been a factor but it was more that we were too fucking slow out of the blocks.

Looks like everton are going to sell lukaku and replace him with rooney. Fucking hell, that'll be hilarious, could see them plummet down the league and koeman get the boot. As if anyone in their right mind would play rooney as their main striker for a season.

They've bought Sandro. Sandro will probably lead the line with Rooney behind him as a no. 10. Koeman likes to play a 4-2-3-1.

Everton will do okay next season even without Lukaku. The kid Lookman will become a star next season and the other kid Davies will continue to improve. Bolasie is back fit and they have made some decent signings. If it wasn't for their involvement in the Europa League I would have considered them an outside threat for top 4, as it stands i reckon they'll finish 5th or 6th.

Will be hard for them to break into the top 6 though. Who are they gonna replace? Arsenal? Utd? Us?
Doubtful in my opinion.

I can't overly see it working for some reason.

Pickfords a decent goalie but I think they've overpaid by about 20m

Keane, decent but not much better than what they've got

Klassen, should be higher up the pitch, meaning he's competing with Rooney and Barkley for that spot.

Lookman will get games but I still think he's too raw to be a consistent threat and starter

Bolasie is always a risk, but is sandro the big man to replace lukaku? He is a phenomenal striker in that system and I know little of sandro, but it's huge boots to fill
