Well, if anything this make me believe United has to go at City to restore some kind of pride and belief that they are more than just a hoof and poof club... They are seen as insignificant mercenaries even by their own fans now so they have to give 1 or 2 significant contributions back to their fans before the season ends. Ending top 4 will give them a boost. So they have every motivation to do it now. A tight heroesque loss to Barca could have been accepted, but that their Captain and their hero goalie plays a level like that is unbearable to them.
