Juve leading 2:0, Ronaldo with two good headers. Intense game, the teams are evenly matched and anything can still happen.

Interesting selection from Allegri, he left Dybala on the bench and switched to a back 3 with Emre Can back in his old RCB position for this season-defining game. The switch of the system worked, it was similar idea to the way we played against Watford – attack a team defending in a narrow 4-4-2 down the wings and try to score from crosses.

I see Schalke are giving citeh are tough game.

Their cup draws are fucking sickening. The Chelsea league Cup final is the only difficult cup they've had all season.

Tense and evenly matched is not what I am watching. It’s been park the bus stuff from Atletico from the 1st whistle. Awful fucking tactics and they are getting what they deserve.

TBF we got Porto in 1/8 last time, they were about as tough as Schalke.

Yeah, but it's every cup they've had easy draws in. Extremely annoying.

Hopefully they'll get a lot of hard games on every draw from here on in to complicate their season.

Interesting draw for the quarters.

Definitely going to be an English winner this year.

Gosh, I've tried to deny it as long as I can, but it's pretty undeniable now, isn't it?

Ronaldo has won the debate between him and Messi.

Not only more CL titles, the same amount of Ballon D'ors, but he's won a European cup for his country and he has actually tested himself in all 3 big leagues now.

At his age, to actually come out of his comfort zone and continually test himself. You can't help but say "fair play fucker".

He's a rapist and Messi is just a tax fraud. I think he wins this one too

Leaving your comfort zone to go to the best team in Italy, with the largest finances, which is nailed on to win every single year unless Mourinho or corruption gets in the way?
Fuck that, he's a great player but would have been far more impressed if he had gone say to Roma, or Milan, or Inter and impressed there.
It's like Messi going to Bayern to test himself ...

Was gonna say...

I think Ronaldo edges it in terms of achievements but Messi is still a better footballer.

He wanted the CL. If he wins it there it’s an incredibly achievement

Juve is hardly outside his comfort zone, they are on course for their 8th consecutive title. Theyve been in 2 of the last 4 CL finals too, only real improvement he could make would be winning it.

If he wanted to test himself he should have moved back to the Premier League

Juventus are 18 points clear in Serie A and have won it every year for the last seven seasons.

That's the sort of risky, "out of his comfort zone" move that Guardiola would make.
