They're going only on his potential, which I think makes the fee 'fair' ... however, his off the field record & his injuries should drop that in the 20-30 range.

Partey is 27. Very good player, but that deal sounded out like quite the panic buy in the end to get it over the line.
He'll earn more than any of our players per week, with a 200k + wages and the agent fees were horrendous.
Some of the other Arsenal players might not be to happy with all that. Aouar wont be going there either, he'll end up in Spain or Italy.

Antonio is a weird one. I remember him starting out at West Ham, he was as a quick winger who did ok, some potential, nothing special like. Then he played right back for a bit, which didn't go that well, so he became an impact sub. Then they turned him into a striker (due to their other forwards being either injured or shit) and he started banging them in instantly, suddenly looking like a fucking tank. I was convinced he's about 25 years old but just googled him and turns out that was his age when he joined West Ham in 2015 - after spending 7 years in Championship ad League 1
