Considering the calls they've missed (roughing our kicker, and kick returner after a fair catch), there's no home town refs here ... Just typical really refs (they miss some, they hit some)

A few thoughts:

* Many missed calls for the refs - the big one was the pass interference. It was, even if Pettigrew iniated contact.
* I think Romo is a top draw QB but he's just not a 'pressure' QB. He looked so shaky on so many throws - and it affected the team.
* Impressive defensive performance after the 1st quarter - only 6 points in 3 quarters? Incredible effort.
* Stoked.

If the regular season is anything to go by you will need to score 38 plus points just to keep pace.
But the playoffs are funny.
 
I don't know why Detroit when to a four man press when they were getting to Romo all the time in the first half. They fucked themselves. And then the officials fucked them deeper for good measure. Missing a call is one thing. Making a blatant call and then picking the flag up for God only knows what reason is something else. That was obscene.

Good defensive work from Dallas though. Glad Lawrence made up for shitting the bed. Although obviously Dallas losing would have been preferable....

How do you see it playing out next week?
Can't really see an upset bar maybe in Foxborough.
 
I'm gonna be in Chicago next weekend. Might be worth a flight to Green Bay and $10K on a black market ticket to see Romo get humbled by Rodgers.

Last time the Boys and Pack played in the playoffs at Lambeau ... ICE BOWL ... I just hope the ending isn't like that because I'm aging too much being a fan of the Cowboys and Liverpool ...

Was he saving himself for the playoffs or is it a sharp decline.
Think the winner of the Pats-Ravens game will win the Afc regardless.

We'll know very very early on in the game with how his throws go ... I think it's father time catching up to him ...
 
This is brilliant playoff football.
That pass from Edelman just wow.
Get the feeling Pats are going to find a way to win this.
 
Can't believe that call from Baltimore.
Awful pass from Joe too.
Great game though really enjoyed it.
