Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha could join Sunderland for £3m after claiming City boss Roberto Mancini does not like him.

English, young, pacey and versatile. And injury prone as well, so he'd fit in nicely at Liverpool.

Would he be a decent option for 3M?

Yeah, me too. I wonder if Micah Richards will fit in at City too.

I'd definitely try and get in a new right back and play Johnson further up

Micah hasn't lost that rawness and doesn't look like he'll fulfill his potential.

His passing is also horrendous.¨

Onuha would give us some pace at the back at least, running the 100 m on 11 sec.

Is he not a RB/CB?

That is not a position we should be looking to fill. Johnson and Kelly should be given a go in that role, and Carra can cover when they are both unable to play.

LB, LW, Backup striker, CM are all positions that needs to be filled before we spend money on a Right Back.

Yeah, you're right. RB is certainly not at the top of our list of priorities, however Degen will be offloaded leaving us with only one recognized RB in the squad. Carra playing there is not a good solution and Masher, well... that's another issue altogether. I'd quite like to see Kelly get a shot at playing in the first team, but not sure how realistic that is.

Anyways, just thought I'd see what the general opinion on him was. I'm not sure sitting on our bench as opposed to City's would be any more appealing to him, but I've always felt he's an injury free run of games away from really establishing himself as a very good player.

For £3 million? Without a doubt. This is the kind of price range we will be operating in this summer, he is undervalued at that price IMO.

We were linked with him in January weren't we? I think we'd tried to get him on loan and City told us to do one.

Man City would rather sell to Sunderland at 3 than to us for double that.

They'd give us half their squad if we threw in Gerrard and Torres.

I like him. Good player.

Weren't we linked with him a couple of years back?
Why would City want to sell him anyway?

He would make a nice squad player for us but he should really go and find a club who will start him week in week out for him to develop as a player.
