Yet, according to some - with their tunnel vision he had a decent game. I don't need to have watched the game to know he was laughably shite again - I've seen it all year. Yet some defend him and, whether they like to admit it or not, it's purely down to nationality which is cringeworthy.It's the likes of that mediocre twat why the clubs in the shit it is.

I'm not sure why you keep harping on it.

Every game he's been in which I've actually watched where he's played has seen the word 'Poulsen' followed by the words 'fucking cunt'.

Maybe you should defend a player better deserving.

I think it's more to do with the fact that you're the only person who says he had a decent game? Would you be saying the same if you weren't familiar with him and he wasn't Danish? That's the point Sunny is alluding to.

I've watched tons of matches. Enough to give a realisitic opinion of Poulsen. He's fucking dire. Shite. Woeful. Lethargic clodhopping useless cunt of a player. Not fit to wear the shirt and endemic of the shite we have playing for us today. That has nothing to do with his nationality.

And next time you want a dialogue try and form a 'realistic' opinion yourself. Problem is, when it comes to all things Danish, you simply cannot do that. KHL - I like you mate and your optimism but there's simply no debating with you on Danish players because you're oblivious to your own bias which is completely and glaringly evident to every other poster on here. We could go round all day on this subject but I'm stopping now because it's obviously completely pointless when it comes to you and Danish footy players.

By the way, Jan Molby was ace. A brilliant player and one of my favourite of all time. The rest, who've played for Liverpool, have not been worth a carrot.

For fucks sake, LOADS of people saw the game. LOADS of people said Poulsen was fucking awful. ONLY KHL says he was "better than those around him". He's right, everyone else is wrong. Plain sad.

I'm not having a go, I'm not judging Poulsen's performance last night because I didn't see it. I couldn't possibly judge it. I can judge him on his time here as a whole though, and he hasn't been anywhere near good enough. All I'm saying is that when everybody else says he was up there with the worst on the pitch, except you, and you have a history of showing bias towards your compatriots (not something that particularly bothers me by the way) then people are going to ask questions. Also, in this current mire we're in, peoples fuses are going to be rather short. Hence heated discussion.

Look a few posts up, I tried to quell the argument. Not prolong it.

If you had watched the game perhaps you'd be saying the same as me. Poulsen wasn't the main culprit last night. The constant loss of possession from Jova, Kuyt and Raul had a much more negative influence than Poulsen beeing left stranded a few times (as he certainly did).

Perhaps you'd say he was the worst player on the pitch.

PS Skysports gave him a 6 only topped by Reina, Torres and Lucas, and unless they are all Danes too how do you explain that if he was abysmal, shite and awful?

Poulsen was average to poor, which was about where all our midfield sat.
You just can't have him and Lucas as the pivots in the midfield
I have just posted in another thread at my dismay of the King reverting back to picking Poulsen and Lucas in the same midfield, he must have seen it before. Why oh why did he do that and not play either Miereles and Lucas, or Miereles and fucking Poulsen ?

I watched the game, and if he wasn't the worst player on the pitch then he was certainly the 2nd (to Jovanovic), hardly a big step up is it?
