Roy needs to give Glenjo a go at RW with Kelly in behind him at RB. West Brom on Sunday is the perfect opportunity to try this out.
Is Johnson at RW a pipe dream or a genuine option?

Has anyone's stance on this changed? Not advocating it to be tested away to united but perhaps something to think about.
Gareth Bale relished in a similar move.

I'd go with it ILD, I wouldn't lose any sleep if I never saw Johnson at fullback again, and I like him as a 'player'.

I'm not 100% for it myself Mark as he was bought as a FB, trains as a FB and it is his natural position. However, I feel he would relish the opportunity ahead of a RB and we might benefit from it. He doesn't seem to be at the races so far this season and Evra will give him a torrid time if he's sleeping come Sunday.

I doubt that very much. If it were true it would have happened far earlier in his career. He doesn't know the RW position (whereas Bale had played LM often for Southampton) and a game against the Mancs - even if they're not in great shape themselves - is not the time for this or any other experiment IMO. If we're going to try this (and I'm far from convinced by the idea, as explained earlier in the thread) it needs to be in the Carling Cup or some such.
