Just about to move again into another rented house (upgrade).
Thought i'd found the perfect victorian townhouse, just a few details to iron out (or so I thought).
Turns out the property is owned by a company not a private landlord, so questions like "Can you sort the electrics out" have dragged on for over a week.
Thought everything was sorted yesterday, only for them to say "we are still waiting on a quote to remove the waste from the back garden.
Anyways, the worst part of it is, last time I moved I spent £200 in admin fees, got the admin charges through this time and they want the following:
£150 For processing
£235 Further Admins
Then I'll get the £150 back (apparently)
£94 if I want to renew my contract for 12 months
£111 'Check out fee' for when I move out.
Anyone else think that's very excessive?
