As I said, if they don't come up with a minimum of 25 up to 30M then keep him for another season or sell for 20M in January and 10-12M next Summer. However if we have new owners who are looking to splash the cash, as has been intimated, and we are doing well up to January, then maybe Masher will persuade his wife it may be a good idea to stay, too many ifs and buts at the moment though.

We won't sell Mascherano on the cheap. He is obviously a class player and we don't have to sell if it ain't on our terms. Moratti stated that they can't do a deal for the reported 30 million Euros valuation unless they sell first.
It looks like Hodgson is standing firm on price and will get his way. He has a fairly solid relationship with Inter. I just hope that we have a plan in place where players have been identified and negotiations taken place for Javier inevitable exit so that we are not caught with our pants down especially if the deals happens in the last week of the window.

I am fucking fed up with left backs. We have had to many, and noone can actually defend. They are so poor at defending that we have a habit of playing two of them in matches to cover up for each other.

the problem with the left backs we've had in the past is when they have ventured upfield they haven't had the pace to get back on the counter which has left us exposed. the last good left back we had was riise when he first arrived and then in his last couple of years he was dire but dire is a relative term when think about insua.
