Well, I'd have snapped your hand off for that before the game TBH.

Clean sheet at the Etihad is no mean feat this season.

I was moaning about the way we came out the second half & my mate reminded me I said before the game that Kenny's possible weakness may be his lack of experience in European styel two leg games, & that is exactly how Rafa would have treated that half.

He was right, it was, & it was right too, as we now know.

Going to Anfield one goal up is great, possibly better than two goals up, simply cos I'm fairly sure we'll play the game like a one off tie still, ignoring the goal from the first leg, whereas if it were more we'd maybe try to sit on it, if not purposefully maybe subconsciously.
