I don't know about taking someone like Tello on loan.

Loan wit option to buy? If he turns out to be ace we buy him, if he turns out to be shit we don't buy him. Therefore we don't end up with another player we don't want that we need to sell. Well that'd be my take on it. I know nothing about the chap so not even sure if he's first team material. But if he's been in and the barca first team squad my guess is hes as good as if not better than some of our players!
