Are any of these posts about needing more black players actually serious?

I couldn't give a fuck what colour they are.

They are of course deadly serious, because black players can run fast.

We also need to compensate for Suarez.

Yep. I don't know much about Ward at all really, but a friend tells me he has a great chance.

Plus I've never been overly sold on Froch.

Yeah I'm not overly sold on Froch, I like Ward a lot though, he comes across as real decent. I don't know who I'm supporting tbh. Deffo worth watching, could go either way

I'm more excited to see Brook on the undercard tbh, daresay i'll end up falling asleep before the main fight!

Viv Anderson, Jermaine Jenas, Tom Huddlestone and Carl Froch all come from the same estate in Nottingham.

Troof.

Jermaine Jenas seems like the odd one out to me.

I saw him in a nightclub one time.

It was when he was at Newcastle and he'd been featured on Football Focus, earlier that day.

I recognised him as our paths crossed, and thought "good for a Nottingham lad, doing well".

After I passed him, I glanced back and saw that on his bluey-green t-shirt, he had 'JENAS' and '7' on the back in some crazy Liberace glittery dark blue sequin stuff.

I shook my head, sighed, and went for a slash.

Yikes.

I remember seeing Aaron Lennon in Leeds (His favourite haunt, apparently)

Sat in the corner with bottles of expensive whatevers and surrounded by lads in Leeds tops. Weird.

On that note, apparently carroll, Downing and Johnson were all out in Formby last week (god knows why, its shite) and Carroll was absolutely trolleyed by all accounts.

Once again, keniget hits the crux of the issue, dead on.

JORDON Ibe has finally secured his long-anticipated move to Liverpool.

The Wanderers wonderkid has long been linked with a move to the Premiership giants, and now it's official that he will be moving to Anfield.

The 16-year-old reportedly had a trial period with the former Champions League winners in the summer and has today put pen to paper on a deal.

Blues boss Gary Waddock said he couldn't stand in Ibe's way after seeing him showcase his talents in 11 first team games for Wanderers this season.

He told the club website: "It's a fantastic move for him. He's a phenomenal talent which is why we gave him a chance to show what he can do at first-team level.

"Obviously we wanted to keep him, but we didn't want to stand in the way of an opportunity he deserves.

"I have no doubt in my mind that he will go on to become a big star and I will be keeping a close eye on his progress. I would like to wish him and his family all the best for the future."

Ibe became Wanderers' youngest-ever goalscorer when he netted against Sheffield Wednesday in October aged 15 years and 325 days - making him the third youngest scorer in Football League history.

He shot to prominence after a similar wondergoal against non-league Staines in a pre-season friendly in July

We're picking up some reall great prospects now!

I' changing my sig to Premier league champions 2020/21

themn, totally off topic, but why do you always have a space between your exclamation marks and the preceding word?

Quirk of the year is a great idea.
Id never noticed that one of Themn's.
Spiderneils laziness is a good one.

I nominate dmishra. Noticing patterns in how people use exclamation points is definitely the quirk of the year.
